  • I hold a firm belief in the inherent capacity for growth and transformation present within every individual. In the therapeutic process, I hold space for the possibility of profound change, nurturing a mindset that honors the unique journey of all my clients. As therapists, our influence extends beyond the therapy space, as we aim to empower our clients, who in turn, affect positive change within their communities. I am passionate about social justice and strive to advocate for equitable access to mental health care. I am grateful and eager to share my passion for therapy and all it can provide.

I use an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach help individuals, couples, and families, as they explore deeper into themselves and their emotions. This approach is a collaborative effort, aimed at understanding attachment patterns and nurturing secure connections. Together, we will reflect on past experiences and present stressors, and prepare for future discomforts. Understanding the core of our emotions is a great way to gain insight into ourselves and our loved ones. It is through this awareness and self-reflection that we gain autonomy in our lives and begin to heal. In addition to integrating parts work and attachment-based modalities, I use holistic elements of radical acceptance, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to create a comprehensive approach to healing. My primary focus remains on providing effective and personalized care in an open and judgement-free environment.

I am eager to work with couples and families, as they commit to healing and learning how to better care for and deeply know each other. Making the commitment to grow together is a brave and crucial first step, and I am happy to guide my clients through the process and all that follows. I am affirming of fellow LGBTQIA+ identities and am happy to work with both monogamous and consensually non-monogamous relationships. I am dedicated to creating a space where every individual can experience the freedom to live fully and authentically.

"A love ethic presupposes that everyone has the right to be free, to live fully and well."
