  • Therapy gives us the time and the space we need to understand ourselves. As your therapist, I want to work with you to discover new things, develop positive goals, and implement strategies that really work for you.

    My practice is based in curiosity and non-judgement. I believe that most positive changes are made from a place of compassionate understanding. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) strategies to support individuals, couples, and families on their journey through therapy.

    I affirm LGBTQIA+ identities, monogamous and consensually non-monogamous relationships, and exploration when it comes to gender expression and sexuality.

    I am also neurodivergent and look forward to helping other neurodivergent people find ways to live their lives with authenticity and pride.
